than a decade ago, Deep Blue,
an artificially intelligent machine, defeated chess grand master Gary
Kasparov. Admittedly, the world hasn't yet completely perfected a
version of Deep Blue for investors. But the gap between concept and
reality has, and continues, to shrink.
